Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  My intentions are always to buy your house NOT list houses.  My intention is NOT be your agent and put your house on the MLS for you. I want to buy your house. But I am looking for houses that I can buy with cash. I’ve got my money ready. So I am only looking to buy houses.

I like to be clear and upfront. I am a real estate broker licensed in the state of New Jersey. I know good professional agents who will list your home on the MLS if you need me to refer you to someone. But my full intention is to purchase your house…NOT list houses.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  If we did not pay fair prices, people would not sell us their house. So our goal is to give you an offer that will work good for you and also good for us.

Many of the houses we purchase are below market value because of many reasons such as it needs repairing, painting, or remodeling. If you property needs major repair work, we cannot give you top dollar for your neighborhood. Most sellers understand that.

And most sellers see value in the speed that we can buy their house so they can get out from under the burden they feel.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Well, it’s a very basic process. We have to look at where the house is located. Then we have to see what repairs are needed, if any. What is the current condition of the property? What are the values of comparable houses recently sold in the neighborhood?

We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: We do NOT charge any fees or commissions when we buy someone’s house.  We are not trying to get you to list your house with us. We actually want to buy your house.

We are licensed New Jersey real estate agents. If you told us that you did not want to sell your house to us  now, but you wanted us to list your house, then we would do that for you. And if we listed your house, then we would earn a commission when it sold.

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
